With a career spanning software engineering, technical project leadership, and startup operations, he brings executive-level thinking to every engagement—without the ego. He holds an MBA and has led teams across enterprise, public sector, and high-growth startups. Whether it’s launching a new product, turning around a troubled program, or scaling an internal team, Phillip is the engine behind our execution.
