Phillip runs the business at Chapter Two. As our operations and delivery lead, he wears the hats of CTO, strategist, program manager, and occasional therapist. With a career spanning software engineering, technical project leadership, and startup operations, he brings executive-level thinking to every engagement—without the ego. He holds an MBA and has led teams across enterprise, public sector, and high-growth startups. Whether it’s launching a new product, turning around a troubled program, or scaling an internal team, Phillip is the engine behind our execution.

Ray leads recruiting at Chapter Two with a craftsperson’s mindset. A former software engineer turned recruiter, he runs point on all candidate outreach, technical screening, and team-building strategies. Ray knows how to spot talent others miss—and how to match consultants with roles where they’ll thrive. He builds long-term relationships with clients and consultants alike, and he’s the reason so many of our best people come back, engagement after engagement.
